Shipping Informations

What are the delivery times?

The ordered products are loaded by our warehouses located all over Europe the following Monday upon receipt of the payment or payment order by the customer and by Thursday of the same week are commissioned to the Italian warehouse at Lainate (MI). From the warehouse of Lainate are delivered to the customer a half courier expressed within 3-4 working days in entire Italy. For shipments to the islands, in Sicily, Sardinia and Calabria the delivery times may be higher than indicated. Foreign shipments are also made on request.

Can I have a porter service?

You can use the "Floor Plan", facelift and / or hydraulics services. The cost of the service is commensurate with the weight of the shipment and is not included in the shipping cost. It is therefore necessary to request it before order to calculate the amount separately.

This method can be used for orders over € 1,000(net of VAT). Upon receipt of our order confirmation you must pay a confirmatory advance amount of 20% of the total order with bank transfer to the account:

The bank transfer must be made after receipt by the customer of our order confirmation. Payment will be made to:

Paypal or Credit Card

When you confirm your order you will be directed to the PayPal site where you can finish the payment process by entering your PayPal email address and password. Your financial data will not be shared with Virtus Corporate Food Service Equipment s.r.l but will be managed directly by PayPal.

Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard-Eurocard, CartaSi, American Express and Postepay are accepted.

It's safe? All credit card payments are made through the Pay Pal site. When you confirm your order you will be directed to the PayPal site where you will be able to complete the payment procedure. PayPal allows you to protect your credit card information through innovative security and fraud prevention systems. When you use PayPal, your financial information is never communicated to the merchant.
